We recently had to have our old boiler replaced as it kept cutting out so we got a number of quotes, among them one from Arc Services.. Philip came out to assess the situation and give us a quote. Philip and the lads just finished installing my heating controls system and have to say I was very satisfied with the job.From day one I was kept informed of how the process works as well as my entitlements to grants, energy credits etc. It was a very professional fast and efficient service and I would highly recommend Arc Heating Services to anyone thinking of getting a new boiler system.

We had a new boiler fitted with Arc and they were great. Phillip was a great communicator and took the time to explain all our options clearly and thoroughly. Once we agreed on which boiler system to go with the job was done very quickly and professionally and with great respect for our home. Arc also applied for the SEAI grants on our behalf helping with all the paperwork, which for us was an amazing bonus. All the crew at Arc were a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend.

I contacted arc heating after getting the cold shoulder from some other nearby plumbing contractors in the area. I wanted to upgrade my heating controls and boiler to avail of the seai grant which is available.

Philip made an appointment to assess my current setup and what would be required to get the grant. He then outlined the differenent options available and agreed to send me a quote based on what I needed. The quote came within a few days and once agreed, work started within a week.
